What is the Greatest Source of Business in Real Estate? Here is a hint: It has nothing to do with the internet. Yes, NOTHING to do with technology. We all know that any type of sales is a numbers game: A sales person who contacts 2,000 people will generate more sales than someone who is calling only 200 people. The Big Fish: A few months ago, I received a Lead that was looking for a home up to $1.5 Million in my area. It had his name, e-mail, and his phone number. I called him that same night...yes...he was prequalified for that amount! We set a time to homes for later that week. I scheduled all of the appointments. A few hours before our showings, he called to cancel...not reschedule...but he CANCELLED!

The Lost Sale:The way that people find Real Estate has changed. People, now, rarely rely on the "family friend" for their initial contact. Unfortunately, I found this out first hand. A friend of mine confessed that he had bought a home and was sorry that he didn't use me as his Realtor.
