Recently I had a phone converstion with someone who absolutley hated Realtors. She has had a bad experience with more than a few or so she stated . She further explained that she has a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a septic tank that has no permit and has not been serviced in years! At least 10 years Did I mention the well water ?
