Curb Appeal ...What is it that gets your home noticed first ,well if buyers are out looking the first thing they notice is the outside of the home and the lawn ,first of all keep the lawn mowed once a week fresh mulch and flowers are all good ideas . While and or when you lived in the home the lawn may have been just something you mowed once a month ,this will keep your home on the market and if you get buyers low sometimes very low offers.
