Fort Belvoir in Virginia is on its way to being the biggest Army Post under the Base Realignment and Closing Process (BRAC). Over $4 Billion will be spent on over 20 separate projects. The building space will be over 6.2 million square foot of office space added and 7 million square foot of parking spaces. The new Belvoir Community hospital will replace the 54 year old Dewitt Army Hosiptal. The BRAC realignment is scheduled for completion by September 15, 2011.
