fha: Ft. Belvoir BRAC Realignment

The Department of Defense has approved a move of more than 20,000 Defense jobs from offices to Fort Belvoir in Fairfax County. The process is called Base Realginment and Closure (BRAC). Many homes will be needed to aid commuting close to work as part of this initiative. There are a number of great homes in the local commuting area. There are condos, single family homes and townhouses available. Consult an expert that knows the area.
