Once again I was asked to meet with a potential seller in the Round Lake subdivision, Valley Lakes.  To many I am the Round Lake Realtor that specializes in both Valley Lakes and Prairie Pointe. I try my best to educate my clients with simple charts and once again one picture tells the story.
