real estate: Short Sales And The Need For More Regulation I Think - 11/06/09 06:12 AM
Ok I have to rant on this for a second and would love everyone's feedback on any experiences you may have or insight.
I have been doing real estate for over 10 years so have been around the block a couple times.
I am so frustrated with short sales and the banks. The banks have 30 days supposedly to respond to offers however they are also the only ones that can tell you when they have received the offer. real estate: Moving to Washington State - 06/11/08 09:42 AM

If you moved to a new home in Snohomish or King County Washington because of a new job or a job transfer, you may qualify for a moving expense deduction.
