What does "J" mean in e-mail messages? Well communication is key in all business matters but especially true in real estate transactions. Each business has it's own acronyms and some of the ones we use in our everyday business everyday can be very perplexing to those who do not handle many real estate transactions on a regular basis.
People communicate in many ways. Typically a written communication is the best way to ensure the intent of the message is received and understood in the manner it was proposed.

In the office, Saturday, a snowy afternoon in New England. The South Shore looks beautiful as the light dusting of snow continues - of course there is already tons of snow underfoot! Weather conditions used to signal for what to expect from Buyer Conditions but not today. I have been out showing properties since 10 am this morning; ready, willing and active buyers in tow.
