SEAFAIR 2012 Lake City Pioneer Days and Nearby Homes for Sale Yesterday morning I got an email update from the Lake City Live Blog about Pioneer Days in the 40's and 50's. In case you don't know, Lake City is the north eastern district within Seattle City limits. During Seafair they celebrat big time with Pioneer Days, a local festival that includes a salmon bake, model railroad, a street fail, vintage car show, and of course 2 parades on Saturday night.
