Over the past few months the FED has been contemplating raising interest rates. They have not made the move yet but plan on an increase after the first of the year. With rates already at an all time low of 3.65 % a small increase in rates over 4% is not cause for concern in the real estate market. Buyers are eagerly getting loan approval and moving towards a home purchase faster now than in the last year. With the fall/winter real estate season super busy it seems that the most important factor holding back sales is a lack of housing inventory. … (0 comments)
