Builders are also looking to be part of the housing slump solution in the Pacific Northwest by offering buyer incentinves and very attractive entry-level pricing. Quadrant Homes just blasted an email announcing they are going to match the Government's $8000 first time home buyer credit by offering an additional $8000 buyer bonus for all homes sold before April 15, 2009. That's a $16,000 incentive! There is fine print however, so make sure you have an experienced Realtor representing your interest as a buyer.
