I am always coming up with new marketing ideas and strategies and love it when I find something that won't break the bank, which wouldn't take much! LOL!
I do a monthly newsletter that I send out to my clients via email already so I thought I would work with something I already did. My broker had some neat magazine/newspaper stands with our logo on them so I decided to approach a popular local family diner to see if they would allow me to place one by their door... Newbie agent here needing some ideas! Does anyone have some creative & economical ideas for marketing and advertising? I just got my license a few weeks ago and am off to a good start with 2 listings and several buyers and want to make sure I continue to grow my clientele. I have the cards, labels and flyers and could really use some more ideas that a new agent might be able to afford to do to get their name out to the community.
