SUMMARY Has the Utah Real Estate Market bottomed? Currently we are not seeing the needed positive price action (along with other indicators) to confirm a market bottom. This year it would be very easy to focus on the financial stresses many of us are enduring. Focusing on that today is not going to solve any of my problems. Today my focus is on the number ONE positive event that happened to me this year. It overshadows all the negative. We are blessed to become grandparents.
