We still are having a low percent of new listings being SOLD.  Currently 6.61% on a year over year comparision.  We need positive % in lists sold, with positive price action to confirm market bottom.

lehi: Being a Grandparent is GREAT! Looking forward to our first Christmas together.... - 11/27/08 01:59 AM
This year it would be very easy to focus on the financial stresses many of us are enduring.  Focusing on that today is not going to solve any of my problems.
Today my focus is on the number ONE positive event that happened to me this year. It overshadows all the negative.
We are blessed to become grandparents.
