Are you PCSing to Fort Gordon, GA? Soldiers and their families have enough to worry about when they are relocated to a new area by the military. Things such as housing, storage, daycare, schools, entertainment, restaurants and dining, family-friendly atmospheres, shopping, locations to base, etc. may not be the absolute first thing on your mind, but may be in the future. There will be periodic blogs from myself on this site in the near future which will give you more information on the previous-listed information. To get you started, the introduction to Fort Gordon can be found right here.

The September 2008 Waynesboro Farm Fest was great fun. The weather was beautiful, a perfect sunny day and a calm 79. There was great food, from Hamburgers, Hot dogs and Snow Cones. And of course there was Bar-B-Que cooked up by area locals, trying to earn a spot in the next Waynesboro Boss Hog Cook-Off.

As we started the process she went in for heart surgery. When she got home I got Bronchitis and could not goo to her personally, so I had to have my husband go in to get signatures. I got better and so did she. Numerous things happened to make me want to give up, but I loved Mrs. Angie and I (5 comments)
