The average price per square foot decreased slighly from $135 sq/ft to $133 sq/ft, but saw the average home sell had 2225 square feet. Gilbert also saw a total of 454 homes close by months end. Gilbert also held steady at a 98% Sold to list price ratio.

Temperatures haven't quite made it into the 90's yet, but the calendar still says its Fall! Typically Arizona sees a dip in several areas of the market after a very busy buying/selling season from spring through the summer months of September. Usually around beginning to mid-October, the Arizona market sees a decrease in the amount of homes for sale and under contract. But this year we saw this begin to happen around late July.
