Sixteen 1BR/1BA units have been sold at Avista Resort in North Myrtle Beach, between March 18, 2016 and March 18, 2017, with prices ranging from $117,500 to $143,000.
All were Oceanfront units, with the exception of unit 814, which was an Oceanview unit priced at $164,900, sold in September, 2016 for $138,000. As you can see, Cash is still king in Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Condo transactions, with 13 of the 16 being cash sales.
1. A 2BR/2BA, 1,000 sq. ft. Oceanfront Condo at Crescent Towers I, fully furnished for $187,900! The HOA fees are also quite affordable at only $334 per month.
2. A 2BR/2BA, 1,100 sq. ft. Oceanfront Condo at Sea Winds for $189,900, also fully furnished. The HOA's are $466 per month.

The Northern Tower has efficiency units on both ends. The first two digits of a unit number denote the floor level and the last two digits denote the stack type. So, unit number 1001 would be the "01 stack" efficienty unit in the Northern Tower, located on the 10th floor (denoted on the right side of the picture below). Unit 1910 would be the "10 stack" efficiency unit located on the 19th floor (3 comments)
Maybe it's because my father had a PhD in Economics, and made statistics and reading patterns rendered by numbers into a game I enjoyed playing as a kid, maybe it's intuitive deduction; whatever the reason, numbers speak to me and always have.
