I'm looking for feedback from Realtors that have had success, or no success using automated valuation of the property listing or links to an automated valuation that may be displayed next to the listing. Some use statistical calculations to estimate values of property based on the data from public records or the MLS. Some permits the users to display comments or reviews of the listing or by a hyperlink. I have heard good and bad, let me know what works best for you. … (3 comments)
