Now is the time to BUY investment property for CASHFLOW in Northeast Ohio! It seems like every media outlet in the country has some article, editorial or advertisement about how bad the real estate market is in this country. I would be foolish to argue those negative statements the media is drowing us with. But what I can do is look at the current situation and try to find a positive.
