improving health: The Blessing of Good Health

In recent days I’ve noticed several ActiveRainers writing about the blessing of enjoying good health. Let me be another to espouse my gratefulness for enjoying that special gift. It hasn’t always been so! There were several years during the early 1990s when my health wasn’t always the best!
After finally working through a number of diagnoses to find the cause, and hoping to remedy it, I set out to improve what had been lost. Swimming has been an important component to that quest.
