Sacramento County experienced a -24.7% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in June 2019 vs. the same month a year ago. For the same period there was a -16.4% decrease in homes SOLD. Pending sales increased 10.2% Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. It's a GREAT time to buy for those who are finding suitable homes.
