tommy caldwell: Everything is Possible!

Living here in Sacramento allows an occasional visit to Yosemite National Park - about 140 miles away. While walking the trails along Yosemite’s Valley Floor, I certainly never looked up and imagined free-climbing the 3000 foot sheer granite walls of El Capitan. There are giants among mankind, and those giants sometimes demonstrate things once thought impossible are indeed possible. Congratulations to Kevin Jorgeson and Tommy Caldwell who are first to scale El Capitan’s Dawn Wall, with only their feet and hands, and put their names in a lofty place of history.
