san diego and kids: Off the Grid in San Diego

Now that we are back from the holidays - How do you manage to take care of your clients when you are away? Many of us are guilty of being "on vacation" while a cell phone is permanently attached to the side of our head. That has been me. I'm working hard not to work so hard this year forward. When I took my family to DisneyLand in October, 2012 I noticed many people on their phones and texting instead of being engaged in the moment with their friends and family. san diego and kids: Kid City in San Diego's Balboa Park

San Diego is a fun place for children. The weather coupled with lots of cool attractions is a win-win. There is always something fun to do. If you have children aged 5 and under, Kid City at the Air and Space Museum, is a must. It is in Balboa Park directly across from the large water fountain. Kid City is an inactive indoor play ground that looks like a mini-city. There is a grocery store, a computer lab, a fire station and lots of pictures of buildings.
