How many times I have heard this statement from both my friends that are Realtors and our clients!  When my friends are Realtors tell me this, it kind of makes me crazy.  After all, they only need request for us to handle it and WE WILL!  I'm never really sure what the "real reason" is they aren't moving forward and just "doing it"!  What is it that is really standing in their way?
