S&P Properties representative John Hirkenrath announced Monday that the remaining Trump Tower Inventory will be closing soon. The remaining cash buyers will reportedly be closing between May 24th, 2010 and June 7th, 2010. The remaining financed buyers schedule of closing will be predicated on the buyers ability to update the information needed by the lenders to close the loan. S & P marketing firms John Hirkenrath has told me by phone that the Trump Tower Waikiki will finally re-commence closings at this landmark Waikiki property. It seems that cash buyers will be closed first and according to S & P this will commence by the end of March which will be closely followed by closings of other units in the building who's owners financed their luxury condominiums.

Aloha from Hawaii Evryone, The Trump Tower International Hotel and Residences are now slated for an August 2009 bulk closing date. It was confirmed today that this project is actually slightly ahead of schedule for completion and it looks like barring any complications that residents will be able to move in shortlt after the August close. My experience is that most developments lag behind this by a month or two but the Donald always bucks trends and seems to be able to wrap things up faster than other developers.

This 5 star luxury building is still getting incredible interest and why not? One of the Penthouse units recently sold for 9.5 million according to a good source. This makes the Dollar/ Square foot 4300/square. Don't spread your feet too wide when you stand in this unit or you will be occupying $8600 of space.
