There are 14 Bank Owned (Foreclosed) properties that came on the market this week in Larimer County. Most of them are in Fort Collins and Loveland. Nothing rural or in the Mountains. Prices range from $65,000 to 2 of them right at $300,000. A couple appear to be new construction from 2008! Bank owned properties were up this week. There were 18 new listings. There are some nice deals in this batch. Some of these give an owner occupant first chance to purchase. Some are electonic bid that all offers are reviewed at the same time and you know on a Monday. The bank only cares what their net number is. They even allow the realtor to earn up to 5%. 8 new foreclosures this week. One in Livermore (and it looks really nice) a few in Fort Collins & Loveland and one mobile home (or lot) on Alice in Mountain Range Shadows for $29,900. There is also one in Eagle Ranch estates for $724,900. It will be interesting to pay attention to the new foreclosures. I don't think that Colorado is going to see too much difference in activity with postponing foreclosures. Larimer County had 5 new foreclosures this week, I think. One of them is not showing as bank owned and the pictures have furniture and personal possessions. I am thinking that the realtor just missed the line when they were setting up the listing in mls.
