Johnstown & Windsor had 6 new listings. 2 bank owned (1 under contract already) several new construction (1 under contract already) and some good houses for first time home buyers. The featured property of the day is on 2.26 acres, built in 2005 and has a good Colorado feeling about it for only $590,000. At one time it had been listed at $799,999 and eventually reduced to $699,999 and then to $649,000. When I look at pictures of the previous listings, the house make much more sense to me. Windsor & Johnstown had a big week for new listings. I thought it was 20, but it is only 17 with 3 of them being listings from Metrolist. Actually there were 18 new listings. What??? Agents now have access to seach 3 mls systems easily. N. Colorado, Denver and Colo Springs. However, when a Denver agent puts a listing only into Metrolist, it can be missed by a N.Colorado buyer and/or agent. I use both systems so my listings show up in both systems and 2 time! Johnstown & Windsor had 16 new listings this week. I periodically go back and review the work that I do. In my world, it is about trying, progress and definitely not perfection (unfortunately). Windsor had 11 new listings this week. There are several that are owned by Federal Home Loan Association. There are 4 new Listings in Johnstown. One of them is new construction that has not even been started yet. I decided to start looking to see what is going on in Johnstown too as it is on the East side of the Highway.
