Loveland had 21 New Listings this past week. i think that people were trying to get things done before the holidays. The hard part for us, is that our contracts and forms are changing on Jan 1, 2011 and we are not supposed to be using them until Jan 1, 2011. So that means any disclosures completed aleady will have to be redone on the new forms. I think we will see more new listings in January than usual as we wait for our ability to do business. 16 new listings this week in Loveland, with some new construction - to be build, a HUD owned house and 1 that has structural issues, an interestiing mix. There are some great properties in this group, that I did not have time to cover. Overall, I was disappointed in the number of pictures that real estate agents used in marketing the houses. This is way down from the summer time listings per week And there are some really nice ones. My favorite for location and lifestyle is on 5 acres for $689,000.
