I don't have a "standard" listing presentation and I certainly can't say that it kicks butt, it's just the process I've used when asked to consult with someone about selling their home. Most of my clients are buyers. While I'm not exclusively a buyers agent, historically I haven't actively pursued listings, that's changing. In the past the majority of my listings came from former clients, (buyers), their friends or relatives.
