In this market trends report we're focused on REO inventory and trustee notices for Maricopa County, (Phoenix Metro Area) and (2 comments)

Where this supply will come from is unclear. Developers can only build a relatively low number of new homes in the short term and REO listings are being added to (4 comments)

Most of my clients are buyers. While I'm not exclusively a buyers agent, historically I haven't actively pursued listings, that's changing. In the past the majority of my listings came from former clients, (buyers), their friends or relatives. They liked what I did for them as buyers and they trusted me to do an equally good job of marketing their home when they decided to sell. My current listing (6 comments)
