Thank you agents for not returning your calls! We are under contract with a buyer from Florida who found us on Activerain. So, why is that unusual? It really isn't but the buyers tried calling 3 or 4 agents first to ask for their assistance. When the agents didn't return calls for 2-3 days, the buyers started doing their research online and stumbled across our blogs about the different neighborhoods in Academy School District 20, such as Briargate, Cordera, Flying Horse, Peregrine, Pine Creek, Rockrimmon, and Wolf Ranch.

With December ending in two days, I thought I would post the November stats for some of the more popular Academy District 20 neighborhoods in Colorado Springs. November was a pretty slow month for Academy District 20 neighborhoods, slower than I anticipated.
