The Colorado Springs Real estate market continues to follow typical annual trends with low inventory and an increase in average sales price and median sales price. Our current inventory is at 1.2 months, which is making it difficult for buyers to find acceptable properties and in heavy competition when they do. Homeowners who do not have to sell, are not making the move. Those that do, have to act quickly when their home hits the market, often receiving multiple offers. Even though the market is very active, sellers are still cautioned to price their Colorado Springs home correctly.

Today was our 3rd annual Keller Williams Red Day - a day of giving back to our community. This was the third year in a row that we conducted spring clean-up and spring planting at two Cheyenne Village adult homes, one in Colorado Springs and the other in Manitou Springs. I headed up the effort for the Colorado Springs location, while Don Smith took charge of the efforts in Manitou. We had about 30 people working between the two locations. Just like last year's Red Day, the weather did not want to cooperate, mid to high 30's and snow. But we (7 comments)

Real estate is one of the few businesses where the capital outlay is minimal and the potential reward great as long as you are willing to work hard. This is not the business for part-timers. He started Keller Williams Realty using a different business model that has proven to be very successful and as a result, has allowed Keller Williams to grow in today's market while other major companies are shrinking. Keller Williams Clients' Choice, Colorado Springs, Annual Picnic 2010. Today was our annual company picnic held at Fox Run Park, north of Colorado Springs. Thankfully, it was a beautiful day and as usual we had more help than we could handle and more food than we could eat. I don't know if anyone counted the attendees, but it was a very good turn out. Teri Wojcik did a incredible job heading up the picnic committee. She lassoed the group of volunteers to show up early to set up, start the cooking, coordinate the food dishes, drinks, and you know all the (1 comments)
