Sellers - Please check your agent's marketing efforts! It just amazes me how many Colorado Springs real estate agents believe that taking one picture of their listing is all that is required. With the Internet marketing of our listings today and over 85% of the buyers starting their search online, pictures of the interior of the home are critical. If your home is currently listed, ask your agent to send you a link to your MLS.
