If buyers only knew what a great time it is for them to buy! The truth of the matter is that, it's a BUYERS MARKET. Interest rates are at a all time low. I must tell you, I tell very one I know that does not own their property to please just look at the possibility of ownership. We are no longer in the crazy market of big bucks right after you close. But, history tells us that most people stay in one place for at least 5 to 7 years and if that is the case with you, them for goodness … (1 comments)
