naperville real estate: Why Buy in Naperville Illinois? - 01/28/09 03:51 AM
Naperville is the third largest city in Illinois, about 40 miles outside of Chicago. What's magic about Naperville is that it's a city of more than 142,000 people, with all the sophistication that gets you, but it still feels like a small town.
The anchor of all things Naperville is its Downtown, with its pleasurable Riverwalk, its fountains and bridges, its shops, restaurants, its Carillon, sled hill, beach, woods. Even though it was late I just couldn't resist, I took the cell phone off and went out for a power walk. I have been itching to get outside and walk (indoor treadmill is just not cutting it any more) It felt great! listened to my favorite songs, wind blowing on … (10 comments)

naperville real estate: Ignoring Your Investment Could Cost You $$$ - 03/27/08 05:40 AM

Your home is one of the single biggest investments you'll ever make and it's important to keep it maintained. Keep in mind that the more you keep up with your home's maintenance, the more it will pay off in the long run.

Similar to the maintenance checklist you have for your car in order to keep it running smoothly; oil change, tires rotated, fluids checked, etc. The same holds true with having a home maintenance checklist in order to keep your home's systems running smoothly

Here are a few home maintenance tips:
