According to the National Real Estate Association (NAR), existing-home sales rose 7.7 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.03 million in August from an upwardly revised 4.67 million in July. "The increase came even as overly tight credit, appraisal issues, and Hurricane Irene hampered markets. Any voter in Florida, who entered their cell phone number on the voter reegistration card may be in for a big surprise! The Florida Elections Office has the right to sell your persoanl cell phone number to political candidates in your area or even the parties themselves! Spring Run at The Brooks recently hosted a real estate agent panel and breakfast at the Spring Run Clubhouse to solicit feedback and suggestions from local Realtors and their clients first impressions of Spring Run.
