Additionally, 181 of the real estate transactions for the month were at or above $1 Million. Collier County ended the year with $10.3 Billion worth of home sales. Once again, 40 percent of the 10 highest-priced home sales were in luxury golf communities, including Talis Park, Grey Oaks and Landings at Bears Paw.

The highest-priced sale was for a single-family home for $14 million in Pine Ridge Estates. Additionally, 218 of the real estate transactions for the month were at or above $1 Million.
Overall inventory ended the month with 2,659 properties for sale. Although inventory increased 8 percent over the same time last year, it actually fell month-to-month. At the end of May, we had 2,749 properties for sale. By the end of June, inventory fell by 3 percent.

The highest-priced sale was for a single-family home for $29 million in Port Royal. Additionally, 287 of the real estate transactions for the month were at or above $1 Million.
Overall inventory ended the month with 2,749 properties for sale. Although inventory increased 28 percent over the same time last year, it actually fell month-to-month. At the end of April, we had 2,868 properties for sale. By the end of May, inventory fell by 4.1 percent.

2023 January Naples Housing Market UpdateThe Naples housing market update showed 555 properties sold for just over $900 Million. The largest sale was for $19.9 million in Port Royal. Additionally, the luxury market remained strong, with 253 properties sold at or above $1 Million compared to 165 sales during December.
Sales within the city limits of Naples, dominated the list of largest home sales for the month. Fourteen of the fifteen highest priced Naples properties were located in Port Royal, Olde Naples, Aqualane Shores, Moorings and Royal Harbor (34102 and 34103 zip codes). Prices ranged from $6.5 million to $19.9 million.
