Who says you cannot find anything in Princeville for under $200,000? The real estate market has really changed. 2-3 years ago if you had told me you could bye a condo in a luxury resort area like Princeville for under $200,000 I would have said you were crazy. Well I guess I will have to eat my own words. This cute and spacious 2BR 2BA condo aprox 1300 sqft really looks like a good investment.
