Inventories of homes under the $120K price point have fallen in the past year and sales have increased in that same catagory. This is really a hot buyer's market. The number of homes sold (closed sales) in Anoka County for September of 2007 totaled 267. That's down from 403 in September of 2006; a decrease of 33.75%. The average sale price was $232,979 which is down from $249,277 in September of 2006; a decrease of 6.54%. The median sale price was $205,000 in September 2007 which is down from $224,000; a decrease of 8.48%.
