Inventories of existing homes are down and prices are up in Blaine MN. There is a shortage of good homes on the market and there are not enough properties to meet current demand. We are down to 2.7 months worth of inventory and that's as low as I've ever seen it.
Many sellers take their homes off the market in the fall because they think they will not sell in the fall or winter, but that isn't the case this year. If you are evening thinking of selling, give me a call!
