Its been almost a year and I can't believe how quickly the new bridge is going up. Our Legislature has also approved a fund to help the victims of the collapse. This week, the media is covering the release of a report which was conducted for the Minnesota State Legislatureby a private law firm which cites money concerns as one of the major factors in the bridge collapse.
