ROCKINGHAM, N.C. (December 12, 2009) - Over one-third of the registered entrants for the Jan. 1, 2010 running of the Polar Bear 150 at the Rockingham Speedway were on track Saturday to work on getting their street stocks dialed in for the second annual New Year's Day event. Among those on hand on for Saturday's day-long practice session was Jimmy Elledge, crew chief for Scott Speed's No. 82 Red Bull Racing Toyota team.
