business development: Call me "FARMER NICK"... and I'll welcome you to my Caribbean Ranch! - 04/04/10 06:32 AM
Do you play FARMVILLE? PONDVILLE? SEAVILLE? Any of those silly Facebook games?
If so then you understand the importance of planting your seeds, plowing your fields, and harvesting your crops. The same mundane things you must do to grow your virtual farm you must do for your business.
So here is my great idea for the week...

GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!

Grab your sphere of influence. Call them. Take them to lunch. Do whatever you have to do.

business development: When one isn't enough - 3 ways to build a business for life. - 08/20/09 07:05 AM
The art of real estate is simple; yet complex. A transaction often consists of a buyer, a seller, and half a dozen middlemen.
