ideas: How do you get a featured post?
- 10/02/07 02:23 PM
What are people doing to get a featured post? I see so many people on here getting featured posts, and once upon a time I too had one. However, I had absolutely no idea how or why my post was featured. Are there certain criteria? Any tips or ideas on how this happens would be greatly appreciated! ideas: My New Website
- 09/29/07 05:25 PM
I am currently working on building a new website. I have spent quite a large amount of time working on it however I have a few questions: How many meta tags should I use?Is there anything I could do differently? Do I have too many things going on? Should the search engine description be short or very descriptive of my page. Is it better to use registration for searching or free MLS searching? Please check my site out for feedback: Anything at all is appreciated! http://www.nickvrealestate.com (6 comments)

In order to rise up I will have to focus more in this area. In terms of Marketing Ideas, as I compile my marketing packet I will continue to share my ideas. Finally, I (6 comments)

One of the most important things that I have learned since being in the real estate industry is that it is extremely important to create MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME. $$$
Currently, I am teaching along with working at selling my listings. I think that it may be best to start one new project at a time. So here is my question:
What are the most important streams of income or “additional streams of income” to have as a real estate agent:
I couldn’t quite figure out another way to ask this? I am a young new agent with the world at my finger tips. I have pages and pages of business ideas and no clue whereas to start. Recently I graduated from college, and I am ready to put my knowledge to use. However, I have one problem: I have many questions and only one or two people that I can go to. The problem with this as that many of my friends and family don’t truly understand what I am going through: most of (8 comments)

The market is slowing down and that brings up a big question: As a new agent, do I stand a chance in a slow market? If you are a new agent (1 year or less) what troubles have you encountered and how have you defeated them? Seasoned agents: what is your number one tip for new agents and their goal to survive and make their business grow? (19 comments)
