As most of my friends in the business know is that I handle most of our listings and our marketing. But anyone in this business will tell you that "you can't just live off of listings...you also need to work with buyers." There are buyers out there.....You just need to know where to find them. Last week my partner Steve received a call for a listing appointment. It happen to be in Century Village of Deerfield Beach Florida. Now he usually handles all of our buyers. As a matter of fact...we just sold 4 units in there in the last 3 months and they were all cash deals and they closed within 2 weeks to 1 month. The West Broward Family YMCA is an awesome place to meet friends and get in a good workout. The YMCA is located in Weston Florida. It provides all different types of sporting activities. It also is a great place to meet people socially who live in the surrounding neighborhoods.
The facility is located within Weston Regional Park. The park itself houses baseball fields,soccer fields,roller hockey, and outdoor basketball courts. The YMCA also has two indoor courts.
The olympic size pool provides smimming lessons and there is also a mini water tot lot. The YMCA also has a summer camp on site for all your childrens needs.

I would like to welcome my partner Steve Kohn to Active Rain. Steve has been my partner for over 4 yrs. We also acquire and sell property through various investment opportunities that were brought to us. Steve and I were partners at The Keyes Company but over a year ago we joined Remax Hometown in Weston Florida. This just happened to me last month. My partner is from Canada and his mom lives in Century Village. She has many friends and family who also come from The Great White North. She spends her winter months living in the Deerfield Beach area. We have been able to get 5 or 6 referrals from his mom. Two of them were seasonal rentals and the other 3 were quick sales. We close on 2 of them at the end of March and one at the end of April. The first 2 closed in less than 30 days and had no hold ups. … (15 comments)
