What You May Not Know About Your Realtor and the Adversarial Nature of Real Estate--This is a tough Industry to work in and as a Realtor you have to have certain skills in order to help and protect your clients. The basic nature of the transaction is adversarial. The Buyer wants the best price and everything fixed and the Seller may or may not be in a position to meet the Buyers needs.
