With close to 6,000 resale (not counting new subdivision) homes on the market ~ I would say DEFINITELY YES!. Whether it's a condo or a home. Buyers are getting very picky. I currently have a buyer who has seen close to 30 houses. She is credit approve and very motivated. We view five homes every week. She likes a certain floor-plan of a model. There were eight homes of such floor-plan within one mile radius of the neighborhood that she likes. Eight! That is a lot!
