Tax Credit Henderson, NV The rules for taking advantage of the tax credit are the following: Must have a binding contract in place [in escrow] by April 30th, 2010 to get the tax credit Must close by the end of June, 2010 [before July 1st] There is a maximum tax credit of $8,000 for first time home buyers and those who last owned a house 3 or more years ago. That is the purpose of a social networking class I took to learn more about Social Networking and its influence on real estate. Sponsored by ActiveRain it was wonderful. I am beginning to understand the impact of all of these sites, not only on Real Estate, but on peoples lives in general. I am not completely sold that it is the best way, but I can see clearly that it certainly does touch the lives of millions. Will Social networking really bring profits?
