Metairie Lawn Cemetery is so Historic      The Cemetery was a racetrack in 1838. It became a Confederate Camp in April of 1862 during the Civil Ware. After the Civil War it became homes for the dead. So much work of Art in the Tombs.         The owners of second homes should bring friends and families to visit this area as it is so different that other places in the United States.
