New Orleans Real Estate - Energy Audit
Have you ever thought about what makes up your energy usage? Every month you get a bill from Entergy here in New Orleans...have you ever thought about what is driving that high energy bill? I know I have! New Orleans Real Estate  - Top 5 Kitchen and Bath Features Buyers Want Most
Realtor magazine can sometimes be a treasure trove of great information.  This month's issue discussed the top 6 kitchen and bath features buyers want most.  They generated this list by using statistics from the 2007 NAR Profile of Buyers' Home Feature Preferences.  I'm sure that these numbers have changed slightly over 2008 but my guess is that they are basically still the same.  Take a look and maybe this information will give you a better idea on what types of updates you may want to consider.
