Orange County homeowners are playing "Hide n Seek" with local real estate agents. If they would come out to play, the rewards could be great. Noticing there is a severe shortage of homes for sale, the Orange County Register’s Jeff Collins wrote a compelling article about the current sellers market. Collins writes, “For a fourth straight year, listings are below average in Orange County, creating a shortage of homes for buyers to choose from."
