We had a training seminar yesterday in our KW Office and we had a gentleman that did the seminar by the name of Todd Bates and he went over 9 points on how to increase business now.
At the end of the seminar he was pushing his 12 months of coaching for X amount of Dollars (it was reasonably priced but I don't want to disclose it on here in case it was a KW special)... I've never been one to consider training, especially since I've done fairly well this year without spending any money on marketing.

I was eating breakfast this past Sunday at my local spot and of course I was browsing the Real Estate section of The Dallas Morning News, and came across an article written by Kit Davey of CTW Features.
